Metaseed Hub
Metaseed Hub is a collaborative platform for building standardized research metadata. Teams create datasets that follow an established metadata profile (MIAPPE, ISA, DiSSCo, Darwin Core, or a custom specification), edit them through schema-driven forms, and share them with collaborators. It is built on metaseed.
What you can do
- Datasets — create metadata datasets from a profile, edit entities through generated forms, validate against the schema, track versions, and import or export data.
- Collaboration — share a dataset with collaborators as Owner, Curator, or Viewer, and discuss it through threaded comments.
- Spec Builder — design custom metadata specifications: entities, fields, relationships, and validation rules; publish them and fork published specs.
- Explorer — browse a profile's structure and compare two profiles side by side.
- Administration — admin users see aggregated usage statistics.
